What to expect on a Sunday Afternoon

How long is the worship service?

Our service usually lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes.

What happens during the service?

  • Singing

We love to worship God by singing together on Sunday afternoons. The singing is not a performance but instead a time for the whole church to participate in singing together. Songs are filled with biblical truth about Jesus that all encourage, strengthen and build our faith in Him.

  • Teaching

Biblical teaching is central each time we gather as a church. Each week an elder/pastor reads from the Bible, explains what it means, and applies God’s truth to our lives. Our teaching is driven by the gospel, the Bible’s main message of how god provides salvation to sinners through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

  • Fellowship

Following the service, you are invited to stay for coffee and tea. This is a time get to know people and encourage one another.

What is available for children?

We currently have a service for all people of all ages. If you have little ones who find it hard to sit through a sermon, we provide a place for them at the back of the hall to get their wiggles out. We also provide colouring pages that correspond to the Bible teaching, some toys to keep them occupied with seating for you, the parent, to be close by.

Sound good?

Why not come along this Sunday, we’d love to see you!
